People maybe asking, why start this page about Olums. Well I had an outrageous experience at Olums on August 10, 2003 (TOP of page - My Olums Experience). I have since found out a few other Binghamton NY area residents have had similar experiences and thought the Triple Cities should know how a "home town" store operates in their home town. After my experience dealing with Olums, I have found out, Olums is ONLY interested in making the mighty $$$$ and is NOT interesting in pleasing their customers in any way. |
